Policy and Procedure Development

Harmony Healthcare International (HHI) helps to develop customized policies and procedures (and revisions) to meet the OIG's first prescribed element of a Compliance Plan: "the development and distribution of written standards of conduct, as well as written policies and procedures that promote the organization's commitment to compliance. The sharing of this information includes vendors, suppliers, and independent contractors and all facility team members.”

It is required that each organization have a Code of Conduct in place. This sets forth the expectation of ethical conduct for each employee within the organization.
