Upon completion, Harmony Healthcare International (HHI) will establish a comprehensive QAPI plan and assist the organization as needed with implementation.
Harmony Healthcare International (HHI) will report directly to the designated parties to ensure that the work performed is in alignment with management’s expectations. In addition, Harmony Healthcare International (HHI) will work with the governing body, members of the executive team and leaders of the clinical team to establish processes, systems and monitoring methodologies which result in sustained system improvements.

This plan will establish systems and practices to prevent reoccurrences of previous areas. The monitoring portion will be designed to identify prior issues while inherently identifying additional risk areas.
