Client: Large multi-facility privately owned company located in three states on the Southern Eastern sea board employs multiple nursing staff and has on staff therapy departments in each building
Issue: This company investigated Harmony providing a company wide training to all nursing and therapy professionals addressing Medicare Therapy Revenue Tips and Strategies in a SNF. Harmony traveled to two separate locations over a two day period of time, to present to over 70 staff members at each location. Attendees included nursing staff, nurse managers, MDSCs, Administrators, Therapy managers, Therapy staff and discharge planners.
Outcome: Since the Harmony presentation the company is reporting increases in total Medicare Part A revenue upwards of One million dollars annually, in addition to the Medicare Part A rate increased by $50.00/day per facility, company wide.
