We wanted to let you know about some important changes coming to the MDS 3.0 in FY 2023.
As you may already know, the MDS 3.0 is a tool used to capture information about patients' health and care, including comorbidities, physical and psychological functioning, and any treatments or therapies received.
Starting October 1, 2023, the new version of the MDS 3.0 will go into effect.
We encourage you to keep an eye out for more updates on the MDS 3.0 changes and to take advantage of the resources and education offered by HHI to ensure you are well-equipped to provide the best care possible to your patients.
