You are among a growing number of savvy providers who are taking the lead in the implementation of the government’s policy changes in healthcare reimbursement. The fact that some of these policy changes could have the effect of narrowing provider networks and therefore challenging revenue reliability means providers who do not adapt to this new environment, are at risk of not surviving the inevitable implementation of these new payment models. The providers who said “yes” or “maybe” to the government’s bundled payments proposal now need to determine how to take the best posture to survive the union.
